24” square worksurface is made of sustainably harvested ash from the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York. Beveled and chamfered edges. Stained dark, blood red with a marine grade waterproof finish. The wood is supported by 1/2” thick plate steel and 1/4” thick angle-iron, both with decorative torch-cut edges. The lazy-susan is bolted between the top plate and another plate which is welded to the vertical screw mechanism.
